As a McMaster Graphic Design alumni, her attention to detail, creative problem solving skills and dedication are sure to impress. Chantelle delivers a "wow" experience to everyone she works with.

When not crushing it in the office, Chantelle enjoys reading, camping, playing ukelele in her cover band, and spending time at the park with her pup Chula.

She and her husband are proud, long-time residents of Hamilton's Strathcona neighbourhood.

Noelly was raised in Mississauga and made her way into Hamilton 10 years ago where she fell in love with the city.

Her passion and knowledge of the benefit of owning real estate came long before she professionally entered the Real Estate business. She began homeownership through the purchase of a builder-direct townhome. That asset, upon sale, helped purchase a semi-detached home that she and her husband re-modelled. Her keen sense of design and knowledge of the market helped that home sell within 24 hours of listing, helping her family reside in the fully detached home they do now. She is excited for her next real estate adventure as this personal experience is what she wants to share with her future clients.

In her spare time, you might catch her at a local restaurant, on a hike through the beautiful trails, or at Gage Park walking her 2 lovely boxer dogs.

She, her husband, and two teenage boys are proud residents of Hamilton and currently reside in Delta East.

Ruth has lived in Hamilton since she was 12 years old. Prior to that she was raised in Dunnville, Ontario(Population ~5700). The small town/big city feeling of Hamilton has always felt like home.

She always had a deep interest in community, and making the city a better place to live. She has a diploma in Urban Planning from Mohawk College and a degree in Political Science from McMaster University.

Ruth has diverse career experience. She enjoyed a long career in hospitality, followed by six years in academic research at McMaster University. Real estate represents the perfect combination of human interaction and data & technology to make use of Ruth's wide skill set.

If Ruth isn't working, she's probably doing yoga, gathering random knowledge through books and YouTube, or spending time with friends and family over great food and drinks.
